Stress Reduction Resources
Here are a few resources to help reduce stress levels. Below the resources is my custom values worksheet and also my client intake questionnaire. These might be helpful tools to see if coaching is right for you.

This is one of my favorite 5 minute meditations that I often do with clients who need to reset after a coaching session before heading back into work. It's also helpful before and after work as a way of setting a boundary between personal and work life.
This bilateral music is really good for people who are facing deep stress, exhaustion from stress or would like to bring down the calm the mind to a more healthy level.
One of the things that happens in the coaching process is that you get to feel and see stress much differently. There are many ways in which people do this work. For example Thich Nhat Hanh, is a well known example of we can create changes within our brains and bodies. This is one of my favorite meditations to start my day or restart my day if I get off track from living my best life.
The box breath is one of the best tools for calming ourselves when we are facing emotional triggers and stress. It's a tool that is best learned when you are calm, so you have the tool with you when you are stressed.
